PM – Sales Representative
Department: Residential Roofing Sales
Reports To: President
Describe the broad function and scope of the position:
Under the direct supervision of the President, the Sales Representative is responsible for:
- The development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs for the region, in order to properly focus resources, constantly broaden our customer base, and to maximize sales opportunities.
- The development and implementation of sales strategies and programs for the region in order to produce results that meet the budgeted residential revenue and gross profit projections for the Company.
- Assisting with the production of estimates and proposals and updates/extensions of contracts in order to ensure that job costs are accurately projected for every project, to satisfy the requirements of our customers and to maximize the opportunity to increase profitability.
- Networking with potential new customers and entertaining newly established and current customers in order to constantly broaden our customer base, increase and enhance our sales opportunities and to make sure the company is positively differentiated from the competition.
- Maintaining sales-related reports in order to record all information available regarding residential construction activity in region, and to keep management abreast on important new information regarding customers and competitors.
- Supervises Sales Associate/Estimator
Describe the principal continuing accountabilities of the position in order of importance:
- Takes responsibility for the coordination, production and implementation of marketing programs while developing and enhancing the desired image of Regan Roofing in all regions.
- Uses every means possible (i.e. networking, information from vendors, information from trade periodicals, etc.) in addition to formal tracking of activity in all markets in which we are active to thoroughly understand all information relevant to us about who is doing what in our market.
- Takes responsibility for recognizing all sales opportunities, procuring plans, overseeing take-offs, producing estimates and assisting with proposal preparation and follows-up proposals with customers.
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving the budgeted revenue for his/her respective territory/region.
- Assists in producing estimates that are accurate and well presented and works with estimating staff to constantly upgrade, refine and update estimating templates.
- Takes responsibility for the overall scheduling of the estimating process at Regan Roofing with a special eye toward the timeliness of the turnaround of proposals.
- Takes complete responsibility for updates or extensions of current contracts.
- Entertains customers with an eye towards building enduring, professional relationships; recognizes contacts and develops relationships with all potential new customers.
- Tracks production of all residential construction in his/her assigned market area, including maintenance of the Key Account Tracking Reports.
- Maintains Bid Tracking Report, Bid Analysis Report.
- Submits weekly sales report that provides a summary of all activity in his/her market area that is relevant to our current activities and strategies, and focuses on important information regarding our customers and competitors.

Commercial Project Manager
Department: Commercial Roofing & Sht Mtl
Reports To: President
Describe the broad function and scope of the position:
Under the direct supervision of the President, the Project Manager is responsible for:
- The development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and programs for the region, in order to properly focus resources, constantly broaden our customer base, and to maximize sales opportunities.
- The development and implementation of sales strategies and programs for the region in order to produce results that meet the budgeted commercial roofing revenue and gross profit projections for the Company.
- Executing the production of estimates and proposals and updates/extensions of contracts in order to ensure that job costs are accurately projected for every project, to satisfy the requirements of our customers and to maximize the opportunity to increase profitability.
- Networking with potential new customers and entertaining newly established and current customers in order to constantly broaden our customer base, increase and enhance our sales opportunities and to make sure the company is positively differentiated from the competition.
- Maintaining sales-related reports (Weekly Activity Reports) in order to record all information available regarding commercial roofing and reroofing activity in region, and to keep management abreast on important new information regarding customers and competitors.
- Supervises Sales Associate/Estimator (if applicable)

- Responsible for monitoring and achieving the budgeted revenue for his respective territory/region.
- Execute the production of estimates and proposals that are accurate and well-presented. Work in concert with estimating staff to constantly upgrade, refine and update estimating templates.
- Takes responsibility for the overall scheduling of the estimating process at Regan Roofing with a special eye toward the timeliness of the turnaround of proposals.
- Takes complete responsibility for change orders, updates or extensions of current contracts.
- Actively participates in affiliate association, ie: BIA, AGC, HOA Association, Apartment Association, etc. Position requirement: Engage membership in a minimum of one (1) Affiliate Association membership and attend a minimum of one (1) function per month.
- Represents the company in a professional manner. Attire to be business casual but professional in all respects. Short pants are not acceptable unless a special occasion and approved in advance. Fridays have been deemed acceptable unless jobsite or customer meetings are scheduled.
- Entertains customers with an eye towards building enduring, professional relationships; recognizes contacts and develops relationships with all potential new customers.
- Tracks production of all commercial and residential bid opportunities in his assigned market area or industry segment, including maintenance of the Bid Tracking Reports.
- Maintains Bid Tracking Report.
- Submits weekly sales activity report that provides a summary of all activity in his market area that is relevant to our current activities and strategies, and focuses on important information regarding our customers and competitors.

Accounting Manager / Controller
Accounting Manager Job Purpose: Supports company operations and growth by maintaining accounting systems, AP – AR, Maintaining vendor, client and employee relations.
The Accounting Manager position will create financial transactions and financial reports. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The Accounting Manager also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
The Accounting Manager will possess an affinity and aptitude for working with numbers, advanced detail-orientation, solid written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel and a proven ability to multi-task and take initiative. Construction industry background and prior accounting-related experience will be required to fulfill the tasks and responsibilities necessary to succeed at this position.
