Roof Wellness Service Package Membership
For an annual fee, Regan Roofing will tailor a service program designed to meet your needs. Upon an initial site survey to assess the building’s internal use, external conditions, and overall roof health, Regan Roofing will develop a Roof Wellness Report.
Outlining immediate concerns and repair solutions, as well as remedial maintenance suggestions, the scope of maintenance for the building’s remaining useful life, along with an annual budget to execute proper maintenance.
Twice-yearly roof inspections are scheduled pre- and post-winter to assess the ongoing health. And, when needed, Moisture Surveys are available upon request for an additional cost. All relevant and necessary roof-related documents are compiled, reviewed, and kept on file for reference during both regular and emergency site visits.
As a preferred client, members have Priority status and 24-hour service, and our routine visits ensure familiarity with existing roof conditions and construction. We provide visual inspections, written reports, and scope-of-work for cost-effective solutions, estimates for insurance damage claims, as well as photos and a detailed report.
Regan Roofing also offers One-Time Assessments beginning at $350 (up to 10k square feet of commercial roof). Deliverables include an on-site visual roof assessment, written report, and recommendations. This upfront fee can be applied toward work by Regan Roofing as a result of the assessment.
