I just wanted to say thank you for redoing the roof at my house. Your help has been eally invaluable and highly appreciated. You guys did an A+ job.

Our condo complex has 15 units with a flat roof on much of the property. The old roof had developed leaks which damaged two units and it also contained extensive water in low spots that contributed to the problem whenever it rained. Regan Roofing was one of several contractors that bid on the job. Their presentation was the most impressive in eliminating the standing water and providing a “problem free” roof for many years, guaranteed. They used a new state-of-the-art material with fused seams and a light weight compound to build up the low spots and create an even surface. The color is white which lowers the summer temperature in the units directly under the roof. The installation crew was highly professional and did not cause any disruption to the residence. Following completion of the job, a representative of the roofing material manufacturer examined the job to assure that it was done correctly. We then received two warranties, one from Regan Roofing for 5 years and an extended 15 year warranty from the manufacturer. I highly recommend Regan Roofing for the comprehensive installation and the appearance of our new roof.
