Regan Roofing completed our project as planned – time, quality, budget. The scoping and estimation process was professional with options and advice offered depending on our needs for our 1920’s flat roof. Experience matters – the crews knew how to professionally prep and install a membrane roof that looks great and functions well. Communication key – the project manager kept us in the loop during all phases of our project, and the Regan Roofing team worked collaboratively with our solar and roof top HVAC contractor. On time and neat & tidy – the installation started on time and finished on time. The crews cleaned up the property perfectly. Since our installation we remain very satisfied and know we made the right choice. We highly recommend Kelly Regan and Regan Roofing.

Needed roof repairs and from start to finish you guys kept us informed about the progress, as weather had delayed the job. Grant gave us a timely quote and was extremely helpful. I really have to say that Raul has really been great from are models through are phase 10 over here at dawn in solid park. Has always been very helpful and assists promptly whenever there is an issue. Himself and his crew always have a smile on their face. About six years ago, I phoned Kelly Regan to come out and assess my roof. To be honest, if he had told me at that time “you have to get a new roof,” I wouldn’t have known any better. On the contrary, he told me “looks to me like you’ve still got about six more years left with your roof.” Last year, I noticed some of the facia started to show some real signs of decay, so I called Kelly out again and had him give me a bid. And, once again, he said “go ahead and get some other bids… it won’t hurt my feelings!” so I did just that. I ended up going with Regan Roofing and have been completely satisfied with our new roof. I thoroughly appreciate the honesty I received as well as the attention to detail from start to finish that we received. I can’t recommend Regan Roofing enough!
